Gather Those Winter Woes and Use Spring to Shake Em Up and Break Them Down.

Ah, yes Spring. The first day of Spring was bright and sunny in my corner of the world, how about yours! But then the second day it rained like cats and dogs all day long. The third day was very dreary, extremely cold, and just plain unpredictable with the sun shining one minute and thunderstorms the next. Does this sound like your journey with your health/wellness/fitness goals? No judgment, I’m just asking? We always go into our plan of action with so much excitement and determination. We expect to move mountains, and reach every goal that we have set forth to conquer. And then life happens and we kind of get lost in the shuffle. And it’s OK. I’m here to tell you it is OK! But just because spring came in with a bang and then kind of fizzled in the first three days it doesn’t mean that you’re goals have to as well. Spring is about rebirth. Things are growing and sprouting and moving in a different direction. And so maybe you should as well. Do something different. Step outside of your comfort zone. As it gets warmer. You will have more energy.

So I need you to plan that thing out. For example; If you know that you love to dance then maybe check out some cute dance classes in the area that you may have always wanted to do. Maybe go to a cooking class and learn how to cook food in a healthier way. Maybe if breakfast is a challenge for you, then you dedicate at least two weeks to really learn some habits that you can take under your belt to have a very quick and healthy breakfast that gives you all of the nutritional value to get your day started?

What ever the road blocks were during the first three months of 2019, you now have a chance to jump over them with conviction and a plan. But it’s up to you! If you think that doing the same ole thing that you’ve always done is going to get you a different result then I’m sadly here to tell you that is not the case. I want you to step outside of your comfort zone in the next 30 days of April and figure that thing out. Write it down what ever the road block was, Whatever that obstacle is that you keep coming to. Whatever the things are that stop you dead in your tracks to getting healthier and being consistent, write it down! And then spend the next week finding Strategies to overcome them. And then spend the next 30 days, breaking down those obstacles!

And I’m here to help you. So if you’re finding it difficult to figure out what these strategies could be? Let's break down that one obstacle that keeps getting in your way. Schedule a time with me so that we can talk about it. I got some time in my calendar this week for you. You just have to follow this link and schedule. I’ll talk to you on the other side.
