The mission of the PayDay Foundation is to build awareness and humanity toward the presence of young, black boys within our communities by Acknowledging Them, Communicating with Them, Connecting with Them and Celebrating Them.

The vision of the PayDay Foundation is to strengthen our young, black boys self-esteem, self-awareness and their right to belong in the world through resources that support them and their families with collective partnerships.
